I recently returned from a trip to Quebec City and found a nice surprise when I visited a local beer store…. IPAs!! …and lots of them. Seems the vast wasteland of Central Canada (lack of great IPAs) leads directly to Quebec where India Pale Ales are brewed by many small craft breweries. I packed a few in my suitcase to bring home and sample.
My shopping spree in Quebec City scored me a nice selection if IPAs!!!
